Payment Options, Low Price Guarantee, Return Policies

We accept major credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal. Please contact us for Western Union. Orders must be approved by our authorization process. This includes validation of the shipping address with the issuing bank.

Bananas at Large guarantees to match or beat the lowest delivered prices on every product we sell! - Even up to 30 days after the sale!

We pride ourselves on consistently keeping the lowest prices in the industry. If you find a lower advertised price on a product, please tell us... we'll match or beat it! Plus, we'll adjust the price on our site, so others will get the same great deal.  Contact us to report a lower price. If you find a lower advertised delivered price up to 30 days after your purchase, we'll refund you the difference! Merchandise must be identical and advertised from an authorized dealer.

Exclusions Include:

*Prices on used gear.
*Prices on items that are no longer current.
*Prices on products that are "out of stock" from the advertiser.
*Prices from classified ads or auctions.
*Prices on discontinued items, closeouts or demos.

We may, on a case by case by case basis, match:

*Prices mentioned to you only verbally
*Prices advertised only within an individual store.
*Prices on special sales and discounts where the advertiser does not offer retroactive refunds for purchases before the date of their sale.

Online Return Policy

Online Returns
In order to return a product, Request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). To request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number), please email info@bananas.com with your full name, order number, item that you are returning, and what type of return you would like us to process - either exchange for the same item, exchange for another item, or return for refund. In addition, if you can include the reason for your return, and any other comments, that would be appreciated.

Once we process your RA request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on how to return the item.

Return and Customer Satisfaction Policy
Any item (other than as noted below) purchased from Bananas at Large online store may be returned, within 14 days of the shipment date, for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs, or for exchange or credit. Rather than make you click elsewhere for the 'small print', here it is in not-so-small print:

The following items may not be returned:

  • Consumable items such as (but not limited to) strings, picks, drum sticks, drum heads, phono cartridges and replacement speakers.
  • Any item that is worn on the body or is blown into, such as (but not limited to) earplugs, wind controllers or harmonicas
  • Computer software, including digital downloads, items that can be copied and copyrighted material such as (but not limited to) books, videos and CD's
  • Installed items such as (but not limited to) guitar pickups, drum heads, headphone parts and other installed parts
  • If you agree to back order or special order a product, you agree that order may not be canceled unless approved by Bananas. Special orders already in transit either from manufacturer or Bananas cannot be canceled. Special order items may be returned if defective for exchange. You will be notified what items qualify as special order status.

Other Things You Need to Know about Online Returns
Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping and to fully insure the unit(s) you are returning. Also, it is your responsibility to cover shipping charges for sending the item to you. If you are quoted free shipping and return the item, you will be required to cover the actual shipping costs incurred by your order. Items that are returned must be in the original packaging, with all accessories and paperwork included in the original shipment, such as owner's manual(s) and warranty card. Items must be free from signs of use or wear, and both warranty card and manual(s) must not have any writing in them. If your order was shipped to you in outer packaging it must be returned in that packaging as well as the inner box or boxes. Returned items that do not arrive in the condition described above are subject to a $25 repackaging charge, plus the cost of replacing missing, soiled, worn or marked-on items. Obvious signs of use that reduce the value of a returned unit will be subject to additional charges based on how much we need to mark down the unit to make it sellable.

About Shipping and Delivery
We utilize legitimate bonded and licensed shipping carriers only (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS etc). We are not the shipping company and therefore cannot be held responsible for faults that lay with the shipping company. By placing orders with us you agree to be present to receive packages sent to you. Bananas cannot be held responsible for lost packages once they are logged as delivered by the shipping company. Once a package is logged as delivered by the shipping company the customer is responsible for any issues related to the delivery of the package at that point.

How Refunds are Processed
Charges made to a credit card will be refunded, less freight, handling and any reconditioning charges, to the same credit card. Payments made by check will be refunded with a check, after sufficient time has passed for your original check to completely clear through the banking system.

Note: All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Bananas at Large management. Damaged, obviously used items or abuse of the return privileges may be grounds for a refusal of refunds or returns. We will not facilitate free rentals via our return policy.

Prices and Specifications are Subject to Change
Bananas at Large always strives for accuracy in the information and pricing we present. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect specifications furnished by manufacturers, or for price changes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Packaging and Shipping Information
Due to conditions beyond our control (weather, shipper's handling etc.) some boxes that products originally come in cannot be re-used to ship out to customers. In those rare cases we will remove and inspect all items and repackage them in acceptable boxing to make it safe to you. All items are still considered brand new, under full warranty and fall under our same guarantees. Note: Bananas recycles unused boxes when possible.

Bananas At Large sells and ships Internationally
Not all manufactures allow International sale, so please contact us. Because we require usage of a U.S. distribution center, all Customs, Duties, Taxes, Tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer. A 4.00% currency conversion fee will be added for international orders paid with PayPal.

Secure Server
All transactions are handled by a server using Secure Socket Layer technology.

Bananas Local Delivery

Bananas is now offering convenient local delivery. Don’t fight the malls, don’t risk online orders from folks you don’t know. Don’t spend more, but get better service!

Free Local Delivery for Marin County (CA) and within 20 Miles of 94901: Delivery 1-3 business days from time of purchase confirmation. $100 total order minimum. Not all products qualify for this service and not all addresses are accessible or qualify for free delivery.

Same Day/Next Day Premier Delivery for Marin County (CA) and within 20 Miles of 94901 - $50: Orders Placed before 2PM will be delivered same day (if placed on business day, if not, delivered next business day). Orders placed After 2PM will be delivered next business day.

This is a courtesy service. Bananas at Large Inc is NOT a professional/licensed parcel delivery entity. Bananas at Large Inc will be and is indemnified from all responsibility of delivery confirmation. We will deliver to the specific address and confirm with a photo of delivery. Products left at door are not protected and are exclusively buyer's responsibility. If you do not want a product left at your doorstep you must notify us and be present when we arrive. Packages requested not to be left but not able to be delivered will be returned to store and placed into will call for customer in store pick up. Delivery charges will still apply. Due to liability issues, products cannot be delivered inside. We will hand them to you or place them at the foot of your doorway for you to carry in. Bananas is not responsible for any injuries, damage to you, your property or the products once we deliver. First time buyer? We may need to ask for ID and see CC used to make purchase for verification purposes.
