Earn points when you make purchases in-store and online
Earn: 5 points for every $1 spent in-store and online
Redeem: $1 reward for every 100 points you get
Points will remain active for 6 months from the purchase date, but will expire after a 6 month period. Be sure to use your points to get discounts at the time of purchase online or in store!
- Sign up - if you are an existing rewards member with us, your point balances were automatically transferred over! If you are a new rewards member, let your sales associate know at the time of purchase that you would like to opt-in and they will get you signed up! You can earn points on your very first purchase!
- All points are awarded automatically at the time of purchase - no wait time! You start earning from the first purchase with us.
- Shop and earn points - Earn points when you make purchases in-store and online. Then redeem your points in store or online to get discounts on the musical instruments and pro audio gear of your dreams!
Redeem your points
- Check your balance by logging into your Bananas.com account. (https://www.bananas.com/account/login)
- Request at purchase to use your available points for applicable purchases. Keep in mind that if you use a reward towards a purchase, that transaction will not accrue points.
Remember - points WILL expire after 6 months, so be sure to utilize your discount with your next purchase!
Q: How else can I earn points?
A: You'll get 100 bonus points with a new account sign up.
Q: What can I get with my points?
A: You can use your points to apply a discount to your next purchase. You can use at minimum $1 off (100 points) or up to $100 off (10,000 points). See Terms & Conditions below.
Q: Who can redeem my points?
A: Points and coupons must be redeemed by the rewards program member and are not transferable.
Q: I bought something but don't see the points added. What happened?
A: If you don’t see additional points in your dashboard after making your purchase, please call or email us and we’ll be happy to look into it. Please email email@example.com.
Q: I got points, but for an amount that’s different from what I actually spent. Why is that?
A: Points are awarded based on pre-tax subtotals. Labor, shipping, or other costs are not used to calculate points earning. Additionally, if you utilize points for a discount on your purchase, points are not accrued when rewards are applied.
Q: What happens if I return an item purchased with rewards?
A: If items are returned that were purchased with a reward point discount, the points will not be reinstated.
Q: I have used more than one email address with you and now I have two separate Bananas accounts. How do I merge accounts?
A: Just call or email us and we can help.
Other important information
When redeeming your reward, the value of the coupon must be less than 50% of the transaction total before tax/shipping. Rewards can only be used on full priced items. If you return merchandise purchased with a reward, those reward points will not be reinstated. Customers must first opt into the rewards program to earn points.
We reserve the right to change how you earn and/or redeem Points, rewards or benefits at any time. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any Points, the number of Points you may receive, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof. We reserve the right to remove rewards or points for fraudulent or wrongfully rewarded transactions. We reserve the right to make changes to the Rewards program at any time.
