Welcome to Bananas At Large®. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.bananas.com) and any purchases made from Bananas At Large, Inc., whether online or at our retail locations.
By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
1. PAYMENT METHODS & ORDER AUTHORIZATION
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, and other financing or payment-plan options as offered from time to time. Please contact us regarding Western Union or alternative payment methods.
All orders are subject to our authorization and verification process, which may include validation of the shipping address with the issuing bank or payment provider. Providing an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address may result in delays or additional charges if a mid-shipment address change is required after the order has left our facility.
2. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Bananas At Large guarantees to match or beat the lowest delivered price on every product we sell — even up to 14 days after the sale.
If you find a lower advertised delivered price on an identical product from an authorized dealer, please contact us. We will match or beat that price and, when appropriate, adjust the price on our site so other customers benefit as well.
If you find a lower advertised delivered price up to 30 days after your purchase, we will refund the difference, subject to the conditions below.
Exclusions include:
- Prices on used, pre-owned, demo, or vintage gear
- Prices on items that are no longer current or have been discontinued
- Prices on products that are out of stock from the advertiser
- Prices from classified ads, auctions, or private sellers
- Prices on closeouts, clearance, or special promotional liquidation merchandise
We may, on a case-by-case basis, consider matching:
- Prices quoted only verbally
- Prices advertised only within an individual retail store
- Prices on special sales where the advertiser does not offer retroactive price adjustments
Merchandise must be identical and advertised by an authorized dealer. Don’t hesitate to ask — we love to say yes when we can.
3. PRICING, SPECIFICATIONS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
Bananas At Large strives for accuracy in the pricing, descriptions, and specifications presented on our website and in our stores. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect specifications furnished by manufacturers, or pricing changes made by suppliers.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE, CANCELLATION & FULFILLMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance by Bananas At Large. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Once an order has been tendered to a shipping carrier, it is considered shipped and is subject to the applicable return provisions.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping methods, timeframes, free-shipping eligibility, signature requirements, local delivery, buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS), and related terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Bananas At Large uses legitimate, bonded, and licensed carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS). We are not the shipping company and are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier after the package has been tendered. Once a carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All returns, refunds, exchanges, defective merchandise claims, and related matters are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds Policy Effective 2026.
Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to its terms.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is offered on a limited basis and is subject to the terms in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Not all manufacturers permit international sales; please contact us before ordering if you have questions about eligibility.
Customers are solely responsible for all tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and similar costs imposed by the destination country. Bananas At Large’s responsibility ends once the package leaves the United States. All international sales are final, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified shipping damage occurring before the package left the United States.
Currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers (typically ranging from 1% to 4%) are the customer’s responsibility.
8. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on bananas.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Bananas At Large, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the website by, any third party.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bananas At Large, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any purchase, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to any purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Bananas At Large may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
