1. ELIGIBILITY
The Win a Fender 75th Anniversary Cabronita Telecaster ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority where they live. Internet access and a valid email are required. Proof of age and residency may be requested.
Fender, Telecaster, Squier, and related marks are trademarks of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise
Employees, officers, and directors of Bananas at Large ("Sponsor") and their parents, affiliates, agencies, and contractors (together, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), plus their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. "Immediate family" means spouse/partner, parents, guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their spouses. "Household" means people sharing a residence at least three (3) months a year.
If a single household enters using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries from that household may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
By entering, you agree to follow these Rules and accept Sponsor's decisions — including its interpretation of the Rules and selection of the winner — as final and binding. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok (collectively, the "Social Platforms"). Each Social Platform is completely released of responsibility by each entrant. Any questions or concerns regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to the Social Platforms. The Social Platforms have no obligation or liability of any kind to any entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Rhode Island residents are excluded from eligibility.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes runs from August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) until August 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are four (4) ways to enter:
3a. Email Signup Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the designated giveaway entry form at www.bananas.com, including your full name, email address, and any other required information, and subscribe to Sponsor's newsletter. You will receive one (1) entry. No purchase is required. Email addresses cannot be shared between entrants, and using multiple identities or addresses to exceed limits will void those entries and may disqualify you.
3b. Postcard Entry
For additional entries (up to contest limits) with no purchase necessary, contestants may enter by mail: During the sweepstakes period and no later than August 29, 2026, we must receive a size 4”x6” postcard with the following handwritten on it: “I request to enter the Fender 75th Anniversary Telecaster Giveaway” - with a completed mailing address, email, and phone number. If all information is not provided or illegible or incomplete, entry will not be completed. If the postcard is not received by the time of the giveaway drawing, the entry will not be completed. Bananas At Large Inc. is not responsible for USPS delivery times and issues. Postcard must be sent to: Bananas at Large, 1654 2nd Street, San Rafael CA 94901. Each postcard is equivalent to one entry. Maximum number of postcard entries is limited to 5.
3c. Social Media Follow Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, follow Bananas at Large on Instagram (@bananasatlarge) and/or TikTok (@bananas-at-large) using the account(s) designated by Sponsor for this Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) entry per platform followed, for a maximum of two (2) entries via this method. Instructions for submitting your entry information in connection with a social media follow will be provided on Sponsor's social media accounts or at www.bananas.com.
Each entry must include all requested information. A confirmation on the website is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries via third-party services, automation, scripts, or bots are void.
3d. Purchase of Fender products Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, purchases of new and in-stock Fender products will grant purchasers additional entries. Fender or Squier branded instruments will receive 5 entries per every $100 spent. Fender branded amplifiers will receive 4 entries per every $100 spent. Fender branded guitar pedals will receive 3 entries per product purchase. Fender branded accessories (including but not limited to straps, strings, picks, and other accessories) will receive 1 entry per product purchased. Select models will receive additional entries at the Sponsors discretion. Products purchased and then returned will nullify any earned entries by purchase.
The following models will receive 10 entries per $100 spent: American Pro II, Vintage II, Vintera II and Mike Cambell signature model.
The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical issues, or for incorrect, incomplete, or illegible contact information.
Entries are calculated based on subtotal (pre-tax) totals at the time of sale. Pre-orders, special orders, and custom orders are not included in the entries calculated.Used products do not qualify for entry.
4. DRAWING AND ODDS
One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about August 29, 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place at approximately 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) at Sponsor's Telebration Party. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM
The potential winner will be announced live via Sponsor's social media accounts on Instagram and/or TikTok on or about August 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry within a reasonable time after the drawing. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for failed delivery, spam filters, full inboxes, or outdated contact information. Notification is deemed complete when the email is sent or the live social media announcement is made, whichever occurs first.
The live announcement is for promotional purposes only and does not constitute official notification. Official notification will be made by email, phone, direct message, or other contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and Prize Acceptance Agreement (the "Declaration") within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, undeliverable notification, or other non-compliance results in forfeiture, and an alternate may be selected — up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize goes unawarded. The potential winner is confirmed as "winner" only after Sponsor verifies eligibility.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded. If multiple bona fide claimants come forward, the winner will be selected by random drawing among them, and that drawing is the entrants' sole remedy.
6. PRIZE
The prize: one (1) Fender 75th Anniversary American Professional Classic Cabronita Telecaster guitar (the "Prize"). The Prize includes TV Jones pickups in both neck and bridge positions, a Modern "C" shaped maple neck with 9.5" radius fingerboard, and pearloid button tuners, as further described in Sponsor's promotional materials. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,999.00 USD. Actual value may vary with condition and market; any difference between ARV and actual value will not be paid out.
Prize is awarded as-is, except for any manufacturer warranty that may apply. Sponsor makes no additional warranties, express or implied. Accepting the Prize means accepting it as-is and waiving claims about its condition or use.
The Prize is non-transferable, with no cash equivalent or substitution except at Sponsor's discretion. If Sponsor cannot deliver the Prize, it may award a comparable substitute. If the winner does not accept the Prize, or is unable to be reached, a secondary winner will be notified and awarded the prize.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs tied to the Prize. The Prize value will be reported as required by law, and the winner may need to provide a Social Security or Taxpayer ID number, or complete an IRS Form W-9, before the Prize is released. An IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) will be issued for the actual value.
Sponsor will not replace lost, stolen, mutilated, or undeliverable Prizes.
7. PUBLICITY
To the extent allowed by law, the winner grants Sweepstakes Parties (and their successors and licensees) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use their name, social handles, likeness, voice, biography, and place of residence in advertising, marketing, and promotion related to this Sweepstakes, in any media, without further notice, permission, or compensation beyond the Prize itself. All rights in such advertising belong to Sponsor and its licensors; the winner waives any related claims.
8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, comply with legal obligations, and, only where the entrant separately opts in, send marketing communications. Consumers may opt out at any time from marketing communications.
To the extent applicable, Sponsor's collection and use of personal information provided in connection with these Sweepstakes is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"). California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; the right to delete personal information held by Sponsor (subject to certain exceptions); the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To submit a CCPA request, California residents may contact Sponsor at info@bananas.com. Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used only as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.bananas.com.
9. FORCE MAJEURE AND MODIFICATION
If the Sweepstakes is disrupted by events outside Sponsor's reasonable control — including fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, labor disputes, equipment or service failure, civil unrest, terrorism, war, government action, or interference by any party — Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it. Sponsor may also modify, suspend, or terminate if anything corrupts the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may award the Prize via random drawing among non-suspect, eligible entries received before the disruption.
10. CONDUCT
Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for entrants' attempts to circumvent these Rules or to interfere with the Sweepstakes. They reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who is, or is suspected of, violating the Rules, behaving disruptively, harassing others, or tampering with the entry process — and to void all related entries.
Caution: Any attempt to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes violates criminal and civil law. Sweepstakes Parties may pursue damages and remedies (including attorneys' fees) to the fullest extent permitted.
11. DISCLAIMERS
The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible or liable for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or garbled entries or communications; (b) inaccurate entry information or failed transmissions; (c) unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (d) technical failures of any equipment, network, or service involved; (e) unavailability of the internet or website, or any hardware/software issue; or (f) injury or damage to anyone's device related to participation.
If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or other causes corrupting its integrity, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it, and may award the Prize via random drawing among non-suspect entries received up to that point.
12. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
By entering, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, costs (including attorneys' fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions for injury, death, damage, or loss arising from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes (including travel); (ii) receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of the Prize (including travel); (iii) any publicity, privacy, defamation, false-light, or IP claim; (iv) entry material; or (v) any error in printing, offering, selecting, operating, or announcing the Sweepstakes or Prize.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, by entering you agree that: (a) disputes will be resolved individually, with no class actions; (b) claims and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, and attorneys' fees are not recoverable; (c) you waive punitive, incidental, consequential, special, multiplied, and lost-profits damages; and (d) your remedies are limited to money damages — no injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
14. ARBITRATION
Both parties agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, except that Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in state or federal courts in California. In arbitration there is no judge or jury, and review is limited; the arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Arbitration will be administered by JAMS Inc. under its streamlined rules, before a sole arbitrator. If JAMS Inc. cannot set a hearing within fourteen (14) days of a Demand for Arbitration, either party may elect another mutually agreeable provider. Any in-person hearing will take place in California. The same governing law applies.
No class actions. Disputes are arbitrated individually only. If a court finds this restriction unenforceable, the arbitration agreement does not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court in California. Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration provider, except that each party will be responsible for its own attorneys' fees, travel costs, and other expenses unless otherwise required by law. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
15. PRIVACY
By entering, you consent to Sponsor sharing your name, address, and other information with third parties as needed to administer the Sweepstakes and comply with applicable laws. Sponsor may also use your information to communicate about the Sweepstakes or include you on a winners' list. Entry is governed by the Privacy Policy at www.bananas.com. If the Privacy Policy and these Rules conflict, these Rules control.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. Headings are for convenience only. Entrants waive any claim that these Rules are ambiguous.
If anything in marketing materials, social posts, privacy policies, or terms of use conflicts with these Rules, these Rules prevail, and Sponsor will resolve the discrepancy at its sole discretion.
17. WINNER LIST
For the winner's name, send a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope , to be received by September 29, 2026, to: Bananas at Large, Attn: Telebration Giveaway Winner List, 1654 2nd Street, San Rafael, CA 94901. Sponsor may also accept email requests at info@bananas.com with the subject line "Winner List Request — Win a Fender 75th Anniversary Cabronita Telecaster."
