The Dave Smith Instruments Prophet '08 PE (Potentiometer Edition) is an 8-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer featuring a 100% analog signal path paired with physical potentiometers for vintage-style tactile control.
Released by Dave Smith Instruments in 2007, the Prophet '08 builds on the legacy of the classic Sequential Circuits Prophet-5. The "PE" version replaces the standard endless rotary encoders with physical pots, offering absolute position feedback for tweaking parameters. It features a 5-octave keyboard with velocity sensitivity and aftertouch, split/layered multi-timbral capabilities, and an extensive modulation matrix.
This keyboard analog synthesizer is in Very Good Condition. A Gig Bag is Included.
