The DOD DRAG™ is an analog delay pedal that not only pushes sonic boundaries, but goes far beyond the capabilities of any standard delay pedal on the market.

From a quick rockabilly slapback delay to long, drifting, LFO-enriched psychedelic oscillation, DRAG™ exceeds all expectations and packs a ton of horsepower into its compact chassis. Not to mention the two new, patent-pending SlideStop™ and Evade™ Friction™ categories, engaged by holding down the footswitch to bring your signal to a screeching halt and reaccellerating as you release it, capturing the exhileration of fast-paced street racing. These “never been done before” features redline its all-analog engine beyond reasonable limits. The third Friction™ category is borrowed from DRAG’s big brother with its “Rubbernecking” mode providing octave down and up pitch bending capablities. The FRICTION knob gives you full control over the speed of your manuevers. The DRIFT knob, in a sense, adjusts the drift dynamics of your street bike – that is, the speed and depth of the drift.

You, as the rider, also have complete freedom over your drifting (modulation) style using the various Curve™ wave shape selections. Standard equipment includes the new patent-pending reversible StagePlate™ enabling optimized grip for various track conditions.

CURVE / TAILS Switch - BYPASS MODES

Cycles through 3 bypass modes which select how the pedal behaves when bypassed. The DRIFT™ Control blinks to the rate of the waveform/depth with color indicating the current bypass mode.

• BLUE (w/ purple) - Buffered bypass w/ delay tails

DRIFT™ CONTROL

Choose your modulation intensity (light, medium, or heavy) and shift from clean, untouched textures to aggressive, swirling, high-impact motion. Pick your level. Twist the throttle. Own the texture.

FRICTION™ CONTROL

Set the onset and recovery attack of the delay-time warp for SlideStop™, Evade™, and Rubberneck™. Dial it in. Ride the warp.

FOOTSWITCH

Tap to turn DRAG™ on/off. Then hold the footswitch to engage FRICTION™, unlocking expressive, real-time control over DRAG™’s most dramatic features. Use FRICTION™ to interactively control SlideStop™, Rubberneck™, and Evade™—transforming a simple footswitch press into dynamic, performance-ready sonic control. Don’t just trigger the effect. Ride it.

FEEDBACK CONTROL

Controls the feedback level, which determines the number of repeats. Turning the feedback clockwise increases the number of repeats.

TIME KNOB

From tight slap-back to full-blown psychedelic meltdown. Dial in the feedback level and take your sound from classic, punchy repeats to expansive, self-evolving oscillations that push the delay far beyond the expected.Turn it up. Chase the feedback. Exceed expectations.

LEVEL CONTROL KNOB

Dial in the perfect balance between your Dry signal and Delay signal, from subtle ambience to fully saturated echoes. Keep it clean. Push the repeats. You decide how much DRAG™ hits the mix.

FILTER CONTROL

Shape the repeats and control the character. This control dials in the low-pass filter cutoff and decides how bright or how dark your delay repeats become. Turn it down and let the repeats fade into the shadows.

POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR + 3.5MM INPUT

Get your DRAG™ ready for the road with a standard 9V PS0913 DC power supply and get your rig fired up. Add the optional DigiTech FS3X footswitch to unlock the full functionality of DRAG™ and put expanded control right under your foot. The included magnetic “Pit Sign” snaps over the optional FS3X, complete with matching DRAG™ graphics and easy to understand control names for an integrated, race-ready setup.

STAGEPLATE™

The patent-pending 2-sided StagePlate™ ships with the rubber skid-pad side exposed for stable grip, and can be flipped to the hook side (Velcro©) for pedalboard mounting by removing and reinstalling the four screws—giving you reliable flexibility in any setup.
