Fat Jimmy’s answer to the infamous Princeton Reverb, with several of their own personal modifications. The Jimmy Jr. utilizes classic tube circuitry with nods to the tweed era of the 50s, brownface era of the early 60s, up through the classic blackface era of the mid/late 60s. This unique blend of circuitry (along with a few twists) creates a 12 watt amplifier that is simply unrivaled in tone and performance. You get the best of all eras! Paired with this circuit is a Fat Jimmy Vintage Series 12 in. C1270 speaker as standard. This particular 12 in. speaker delivers a depth, richness and fullness of sound that simply cannot be matched by a single 10 in. speaker.

Unique to Fat Jimmy Amps is the Jimmy Control. The Jimmy Control on a Fat Jimmy amplifier is a specialized interactive knob that functions as a Negative Feedback (NFB) Control, acting as a combination presence, gain, and feel adjuster.  It lets players dial in the exact touch-sensitivity, dynamic response, and sweet spot where the amplifier begins to break up.

Features include tube driven spring reverb and a bias modulating tremolo that has a very rich, organic feel. As in all Fat Jimmy amplifiers, a combination of NOS, vintage, and modern components is used to give you the best possible tone and performance. The Jimmy Jr. is perfect in the studio or on stage when a lower powered amplifier is preferred.
